During the in-orbit test phase, the Consultant participate in:

• the in-orbit tests of the bus:

- verification of the performance of the satellite attitude control subsystem
- verification of the performance of the satellite power subsystem
- solar array performance measurement
- battery performance during eclipse
- verification of the performance of the thermal control subsystem
- verification of the performance of the Telemetry, Telecommand & Control (TT＆C) subsystem

• the in-orbit tests of the payload:

- verification of transponder front end characteristics:
  *  Equivalent Isotropic Radiated Power (EIRP)
  *  Gain/Temperature (G/T)
- verification of transponder characteristics
- verification of satellite antenna coverage for each beam including beam location
- measurements of cross polarization isolation performance for each beam
